They both came from the same town and scene but that's about it. I'm just now checking out the last two and they seem decent.Īs far as comparing to Guns n' Roses. Like the got harder/ heavier, but Phil's vocal style didn't fit the music well. Viscous Circle was the last one I got but I haven't listened to it in a long time and it's not on Spotify right now. Over the Edge was probably the best one on it. Hollywood Vampires doesn't have the aggression of that first album and some songs from Cocked and Loaded had. The Cry no More/ One way ticket combo from the first one I feel was a much better ballad. I never really cared for the Ballad of Jayne. The second one had some really good songs like Malaria, Never enough, Rip and Tear, I wanna be your man, Showdown( Riot on Sunset). Easier to just say Down in the City, Sex Action and Bitch is Back are my least faves though still decent songs.
